A 24 years old gentleman concerned with his narrow palate and “bite”. In his early teen, he had two upper premolar teeth removed and worn a removable brace. He reported to have restriction in breathing and on biting, his lower teeth were a little more prominent and the teeth did not meet together at the front. I carried out treatment with MSE device to expand the palate along with protraction headgear followed by upper and lower ceramic fixed braces. This treatment took less than 15 months to complete and removable retainers were fitted. He was very happy with his new smile!
