A 29 years old lady who wanted to improve the appearance of her bite and self confidence. She worn an upper brace many years ago but no treatment was carried out on the lower teeth. For years, she had been informed that her bite could not be improved or treated. She was successfully treated with upper and lower customized lingual braces and orthognathic jaw surgery of her upper jaw. The total treatment duration was just over 12 months. She was fitted with upper and lower removable retainers. The braces were removed just in time for her wedding enabling her to smile amazingly for her wedding day photos!!
