An 18 years old gentleman was concerned with severe crowding of his teeth and bite, affecting his smile. No teeth were removed and the space was created by miniscrew assisted maxillary skeletal expansion (MARPE/MSE) device followed by fixed braces. He was absolutely thrilled with the results!
